PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time (United States) will be processed the next business day.

Description of Shipping Methods

Shipping Day: All standard orders will be shipped no later than 48 hours after the time that the orders are electronically received from Brickhouse Direct. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped by end of business day on Tuesday at the latest, earlier if possible.

2nd Day FedEx Air: Orders received by 12 noon will ship the same day, and within 24 hours for orders received after 12 noon Eastern time (United States), except weekends.

Ground and First Class US MAIL* = arrives 3-7 days after Shipping Day

2nd Day FEDEX AIR ** = arrives 2-3 days after Shipping Day

* First Class Mail is available only for items weighting less than 14 ounces due to USPS regulations.

** All shipping times are subject to change due to the amount of time that it takes the United States Postal Service to reach certain zip codes. Please understand that we do everything in our power to get the items ordered to you as quickly as possible based on the shipping method that you choose.

Brickhouse Direct reserves the right to select a variety of carriers who provide the best cost and service for your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE:

International Shipments can take anywhere from a week to Canada or two months to more remote portions of the world. Economy Ground Parcel will take longer than Priority. We cannot guarantee your orders arrival before this!

For ALL international orders PLEASE READ:

The customer is responsible for any and all tariffs, duties, and taxes (usually paid at time of delivery). Unfortunately, these are often very inconsistent from package to package. In certain European countries, tariffs and taxes are assessed on some shipments but not on others. If you would like more information, please contact your local postal service or customs office before placing your order. Please note: we are NOT allowed to understate or in anyway misrepresent the value of merchandise on customs forms. We apologize for the inconvenience.
